2026 FALL SEASON Player Registration

18+ Sunday Recreation Division (Fall Season)

Designed for players looking for a competitive yet relaxed environment. Great for players returning to the game or looking to play in a lower-pressure setting.

• Divisions in the Hudson Valley and Westchester County
• Season runs September through November
• Games are 7 or 9 innings depending on division level
• Championship game played at Heritage Financial Park or Clover Stadium

Estimated league fee for fall season (returning players): $175 - $250 per player

Total new player package fee (expansion teams): $450 - $498 per player

Applies to all new players and returning players joining an expansion team. Includes full uniform package and team equipment.

18+ Sunday Premier Division (Spring/Summer only)

Built for players seeking the highest level of competition. Players of any skill level are welcome, but college-level experience is preferred.

• Divisions in the Hudson Valley and Westchester County
• Season runs April through August, with playoffs in September
• Games are 9 innings, with some 7-inning doubleheaders
• All-Star and championship games played at Heritage Financial Park
• Estimated league fee: $350 per player

Fall registration is not available for the Premier Division. The next opportunity to join will be the 2027 Spring/Summer season.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Hudson Valley NABA activities, events, and programs operated by Hudson Valley NABA LLC (collectively referred to as “HVNABA”), the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist.
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately.
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Hudson Valley NABA and Hudson Valley NABA LLC, their officers, managers, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (the “releasees”), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. I understand that baseball is a physical sport and that injuries may occur as a result of the inherent risks of baseball and normal play, including contact with other participants, balls, bats, or playing surfaces. I agree that I will not hold Hudson Valley NABA, Hudson Valley NABA LLC, or any other participant liable for injuries or damages resulting from ordinary play or participation in league activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

I acknowledge that Hudson Valley NABA is operated by Hudson Valley NABA LLC.
