Our Journey: From Expansion to Contenders

Welcome to the home of the Hudson Valley Yankees (A). As we enter our second Spring/Summer season in the HVNABA, we aren't just a group of players—we are a brotherhood forged on the diamond.

 

Last year was a foundation-building season for us. We proved we belonged in the mix, battling through a competitive schedule to reach the final round of the playoffs. While we fell just one step short of the Championship game, that experience didn't discourage us; it ignited a fire. That deep postseason run taught us what it takes to win when the lights are brightest, and it brought us together in a way few teams experience in their first year.

 

Building the Brotherhood

For the Yankees, the season never truly ended. About half of our original roster returned for the Fall ball season, refusing to let the momentum stall. It was during those crisp autumn doubleheaders that our camaraderie truly solidified.

 

The Fall season wasn't just about keeping our arms warm—it was about growth. We discovered several key impact players during the Fall who brought the right energy, talent, and "team-first" mentality to the dugout. We are thrilled that these players have officially joined the pinstripes for the 2026 Spring campaign, blending perfectly with our veteran core.

 

The 2026 Mission: Hungry & Ready

This year, the Hudson Valley Yankees (A) are playing with a chip on our shoulder. We have the chemistry of a team that has played together year-round and the hunger of a group that knows how close we came to the trophy.

 

Our goal is simple: Finish the job.

We play for the guy standing next to us in the dugout. We play for the Hudson Valley community. And most importantly, we play to win.
